Our Commercial Services
  • Site Analysis - Analyze topography, slopes, soils, vegetation, drainage and natural resources for their affect on land planning and landscape design.

  • Master Planning - Comprehensive Site Planning.

  • Site Planning - Layout, grading, drainage and earthwork, construction cost estimation, vehicular and pedestrian circulation, recreation facilities and other site amenities.

  • Forest Conservation Planning - Forest stand delineation, analysis, conservation, reforestation, afforestation and tree protection.

  • Landscape Design - Grading, paving, walls, fences, fountains, furniture, pools, spas, site lighting, irrigation design, decks and planting design for urban, commercial, institutional and residential and recreational projects.

  • Barrier Free Site Design - Equal access planning for new and retrofit projects following the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

  • Planting Design - Selection of plant material based on design intent, site conditions, resistance to pests and diseases, hardiness and availability.

  • Site Signage for Entrance Features - Preparation of complete site graphics and signage system.

  • Construction Documents - Complete drawings and specifications required for bidding and construction of a project.

  • Construction Administration - Inspections, evaluations, field reports and mediation between owner and contractor during the construction phase.

  • Landscape Management - Preparation of maintenance specifications for new or existing sites; for in-house or contracted landscape maintenance. Regular site visits to monitor and evaluate the landscape maintenance being performed.

  • Graphic Rendering - Detailed colored renderings of plans, sections, elevations and perspectives. Suitable for public hearings, presentations and marketing.

  • Digital Imaging - Photo realistic images of a finished landscape design on photographs of existing sites. A visual representation to help the client understand the proposed landscape.

  • Design Development
    • Prepare large-scale hardscape plans.
    • Select hardscape materials and coordinate with architect and other disciplines.
    • Prepare necessary sketch details of site amenities for coordination with architect, engineer, builder and owner.
    • Prepare detail site grading and drainage plans and coordinate with underground utility services.
    • Prepare detailed planting plans describing plant selections with botanical and common names, sizes and quantities.
    • Coordinate irrigation plan prepared by others or by our consultant.
    • Prepare site lighting plan and recommend fixture types, and prepare lighting schedule.
    • Prepare tree preservation detail plan.
    • Prepare cost estimates.
    • Prepare 3-D modeling and photograph imaging.

  • Construction Documents
    • Finalize details, plans and specifications for permit, bid and construction.
    • Coordinate final hardscape and planting plans with architect, owner and other disciplines.
    • Select site furnishings, planters, urns, tables, chairs, benches, athletic equipment, trash receptacles, etc.
    • Prepare specifications.

  • Construction Administration
    • Recommend bidders.
    • Review and evaluate bids.
    • Make on-site construction as requested.
    • Review shop drawings.
    • Visit site to make final inspection and prepare punch list.
    • Provide a one-year inspection.
